At the firm since 1997, Mr. Landman is a member of the Property Management Section. In addition to landlord-tenant matters, Mr. Landman handles probate and creditor bankruptcy matters for the firm’s property management clients. Mr. Landman’s practice also includes family law, civil and commercial litigation, and criminal defense.

Mr. Landman graduated from the University of Michigan Business School with a B.B.A in 1980 and received a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 1983. While at Houston, Mr. Landman was a Legal Research and Writing Teaching Fellow, a member of the Delta Theta Phi fraternity, and was the initial winner of the Paul W. Broughton Memorial Award for Outstanding Contributions and Service. Mr. Landman has served as an official statistician for the University of Michigan football and basketball teams since 1983.

He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan’s Family Law and Business Law Sections, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, as well as the United States Supreme Court. He has earned an “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell and was named by DBusiness magazine as a “Top Lawyer” in November-December 2009.
