James M. McArdle represents creditors in bankruptcy proceedings as well as eviction matters. He has over thirty-five years of experience in bankruptcy, civil litigation, collections and evictions. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois, a Master’s degree from the University of Iowa and a law degree from DePaul University. He speaks fluent Spanish and has taught Spanish at four colleges and universities.

He is admitted in Michigan and Illinois as well as the federal courts in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin.
